Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are available for customers who have prepaid for services and cancel at least 24 hours before the next scheduled service.

    • Overpayments or billing errors are fully refundable.

    • If Scooperoo fails to provide a scheduled service, customers may request a pro-rated refund for the missed service.

  2. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Missed services due to restricted property access or customer actions.

    • Services already rendered.

  3. Refund Process:
