Welcome to Scooperoo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our pooper scooper services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

 

2. Service Description

 

Scooperoo provides pet waste removal services for residential, commercial, and public properties. Our Services include:

 

Regularly scheduled pet waste removal.

 

One-time cleanup services.

 

Additional pet waste-related tasks as agreed upon.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

 

To ensure efficient service, customers are required to:

 

Provide unrestricted access to the property during scheduled service times.

 

Ensure pets are secured or kept indoors during service.

 

Notify us of any potential hazards (e.g., aggressive pets, locked gates, dangerous terrain).

 

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

 

Regular Services: Customers may choose weekly, bi-weekly, or custom service schedules.

 

Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for service cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

 

5. Payment Terms

 

Payment for services must be made in advance or in accordance with the invoice schedule provided.

 

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, and other methods specified by Scooperoo.

 

Late payments may result in service suspension.

 

6. Service Limitations

 

Scooperoo is not responsible for:

 

Non-pet waste or hazardous materials left on the property.

 

Damage caused by undisclosed hazards on the property.

 

7. Safety and Liability

 

Scooperoo prioritizes safety for both staff and customers.

 

While we take care to avoid property damage, we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing property conditions.

 

8. Termination of Service

 

Scooperoo reserves the right to terminate Services in cases of:

 

Non-payment.

 

Unsafe conditions.

 

Repeated breaches of these Terms.

 

9. Refund Policy

 

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

 

Overpayment or billing errors.

 

Service cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the next scheduled service.

Refunds are not provided for missed services due to customer actions, such as restricted access.

 

10. Privacy Policy

 

Scooperoo respects your privacy. Personal information collected during service setup or payment will be used solely for service provision and communication purposes.

 

11. Changes to Terms

 

Scooperoo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
